Terms of Service

By using modelBridge.ai, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

modelBridge.ai is a paid Adobe Premiere Pro extension that provides an interface to generative AI models hosted on fal.ai. The plugin facilitates communication between Premiere Pro and fal.ai’s API — it does not host, run, or train AI models itself.

2. Subscription and Billing

Plugin Subscription

  • modelBridge.ai costs $7 per month
  • Billing is recurring unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds for partial months (see Refund Policy)

AI Generation Costs

  • AI generation costs are charged by fal.ai directly to your fal.ai account
  • modelBridge.ai does not process, collect, or mark up fal.ai charges
  • Cost estimates shown in the plugin are approximate and not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for monitoring your fal.ai spending

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You must provide your own fal.ai account and API key
  • You are responsible for the security of your API key
  • You are responsible for the content you generate using AI models
  • You must comply with fal.ai’s terms of service and acceptable use policies
  • You must have a valid Adobe Premiere Pro license

4. AI-Generated Content

Ownership

Content generated through modelBridge.ai is subject to:

  • fal.ai’s terms regarding AI-generated content ownership
  • The specific model’s license — different AI models may have different output licensing terms
  • Your jurisdiction’s laws regarding AI-generated content

modelBridge.ai does not claim ownership of any content you generate.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The prompts and inputs you provide to AI models
  • The content generated from those inputs
  • How you use generated content in your projects
  • Compliance with applicable laws regarding AI-generated content, including disclosure requirements

Content Policy

AI models may refuse to generate content that violates their content policies. modelBridge.ai passes through these decisions without modification. If a model flags your input, the plugin displays an error message explaining that the content was blocked.

5. Cost Estimates

modelBridge.ai provides cost estimates as a convenience. These estimates:

  • Are approximate and not guaranteed to match actual fal.ai charges
  • May be unavailable for some models
  • May not account for all pricing variables
  • Should not be relied upon as billing commitments

Always monitor your actual spending on the fal.ai dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

modelBridge.ai is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Inaccurate cost estimates or unexpected fal.ai charges
  • AI model availability, quality, or output
  • Data loss within Premiere Pro or the extension
  • Interruptions to fal.ai’s service
  • Content generated by AI models

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the modelBridge.ai subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Availability

We strive to keep modelBridge.ai functional and updated, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Compatibility with future versions of Premiere Pro or macOS
  • Continued availability of specific fal.ai models
  • Any specific feature set or update schedule

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to modelBridge.ai if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Use the plugin for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the plugin
  • Abuse the license system

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of modelBridge.ai after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the modelBridge.ai website.
