Plugin Subscription Refunds

Section titled “14-Day Refund Window”If you are not satisfied with modelBridge.ai, you may request a full refund of your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
After 14 Days
Section titled “After 14 Days”After the 14-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Section titled “How to Request a Refund”Send an email to support@modelbridge.app with:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
AI Generation Costs
Section titled “AI Generation Costs”Non-Refundable
Section titled “Non-Refundable”AI generation costs are paid directly to fal.ai and are not refundable through modelBridge.ai. We do not collect, process, or control these charges.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged by fal.ai, contact fal.ai support directly through their dashboard.
Cost Estimate Disclaimer
Section titled “Cost Estimate Disclaimer”The cost estimates shown in modelBridge.ai are approximate. A higher-than-expected charge from fal.ai does not qualify for a refund from modelBridge.ai, as we do not control fal.ai’s billing.
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”How to Cancel
Section titled “How to Cancel”Cancel your modelBridge.ai subscription through your account settings on the modelBridge.ai website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
What Happens After Cancellation
Section titled “What Happens After Cancellation”- The plugin stops accepting new generation requests
- Your generation history and settings remain on your local machine
- Your fal.ai account and API key are unaffected
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore access
